Cambridge Validates the SIS–Inspirasi Schools Education Model

The Founder and Chairman of the SIS and Inspirasi Group of Schools invited Cambridge International — one of the world’s most respected education bodies — to independently audit the Group’s model for building affordable schools.

Cambridge conducted classroom observations, policy reviews, and extensive interviews with parents, teachers, and students. Their findings affirmed strong leadership, high-quality local teachers, an integrated curriculum, positive school culture, and financial sustainability — confirming our model is proven, scalable, and ready to uplift more communities.

Cambridge Validates the SIS–Inspirasi Schools Affordable Education Model

In 2025, Inspirasi Schools has reached an important milestone after the Founder and Chairman of SIS and Inspirasi Group of Schools invited Cambridge International — one of the world’s most respected education bodies — to independently audit our innovative models for establishing affordable schools in small and emerging cities. This reflected our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and pressure-testing our Half-Fees Model to ensure it can scale our mission of Affordable Excellence.

The Inspirasi Model draws heavily from the proven success of SIS Palembang (South Sumatra, Indonesia) and SIS Cilegon (West Jakarta, Indonesia) — two SIS schools serving communities very similar to those targeted by Inspirasi Schools. These schools offer affordable fees, are taught 100% by local teachers, and deliver a strong blend of the Singapore curriculum, Cambridge programmes, and the best of the national curriculum. SIS Palembang was independently audited by Cambridge.,

What Cambridge Found

Strong Leadership & School Readiness
Cambridge commended the clarity of direction, transparency in governance, and consistency in decision-making. Under the same Founder and Chairman who shaped SIS, and guided by the experienced team from SIS Palembang, Inspirasi Schools inherits a leadership framework that has already demonstrated excellence.

High-Quality Local Teachers
The report highlighted the impressive calibre and growth of local teachers when guided by strong systems. This reflects the heart of Inspirasi Schools, built on our EFFECTOR teacher model, which emphasises hiring not only for skills but, critically, for attitude that shape great educators.

Effective Curriculum Integration
Cambridge affirmed the strength of our curriculum — blending international rigor, Singapore-style conceptual learning, and the Home Country’s national curriculum. This is the learning experience your children receive at Inspirasi Schools every day.

Positive Student Culture & High Parent Satisfaction
They observed confident students, positive teacher-student relationships, and strong levels of parent engagement — all key pillars that we intentionally cultivate in every Inspirasi campus.

Financial Sustainability & Scalability
Cambridge confirmed that our model is sustainable, affordable, and replicable across emerging cities — a powerful endorsement of the Inspirasi Schools mission to serve more communities.
